We, at the Buyer's Choice are not traditional agents, which means that you would actually hire us and we work 100% of the time for you, not the seller. Our office does not take listings, so our office has nothing to sell you, we advise and counsel you through the buying process. We will never enter into a dual situation, "dual situation means nobody gets represented. A good scenario is if you were getting representation from a lawyer and the judge asked who was representing the other party, your same lawyer stands up. Nobody gets represented" In Real Estate this is happening when traditional agents say that they can be your buyer's agent and then sell you one of their in-house listings. The Buyer's Choice opposes dual agency.
